Alphamanagement.net shall not be liable in any way for loss of property / life to any candidate /jobseeker entering any agreement /contract with any company / employer recommended by us.

Candidate/job seeker is sole responsible for negotiating and or accepting salary/wage or payout structure/ payout terms, employment status while entering any agreement /contract with any company / employer or recommended by us.

Employer/company/user is sole responsible for background verification/previous employment verification of candidate or job seekers. Alphamanagement.net shall not be liable in any way for loss of property to any employer/user entering any agreement /contract with any candidate/job seeker or recommended by us.

The User shall not print, download, duplicate or otherwise copy, delete, vary or modify or use any data or personal information posted by any User or Alphamanagement.net on company’s website.

The Company/Alphamangement.net makes no warranty that the service shall meet user's (Job seekers/ Advertisers/ Employers) requirements, that the service shall be uninterrupted or/and timely or/and secure or/and error free; nor does Alphamangement.net make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained from the service.
